Destinations

We ship to Canada and the United States. Available shipping options are shown at checkout for your delivery address.

Shipping charges

Standard shipping is CAD $8.99 for orders below CAD $75. Standard shipping is free on orders of CAD $75 or more delivered to Canada or the United States. Eligibility is based on the order subtotal after discounts, before taxes and shipping. No code is required. All amounts in this policy are in Canadian dollars.

Processing and delivery

Please allow an estimated 7–12 business days from placing your order to delivery. This estimate includes order processing and transit time; processing time is not added on top of the 7–12 business day estimate. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs clearance, peak periods, and remote delivery locations may affect arrival times. If we learn of a significant delay with your order, we will contact you.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we will email you a shipping confirmation with tracking details. Tracking may take time to update after the carrier receives the parcel. Items in the same order may arrive in separate parcels.

Duties and import charges

Orders may ship from an international fulfillment location. Applicable customs duties, import taxes, or carrier clearance fees are separate from our shipping charge. Unless these charges are explicitly collected at checkout, you are responsible for any amounts required by customs or the carrier. Free shipping does not include duties or import charges.

Help with your delivery

Please check your delivery address before placing your order. If you need to correct an address, or your order is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged, contact support@mail.thetokyowhisk.com with your order number. Address changes may not be possible after dispatch.
